I was recommended to get in touch with Kingswood Security after an attempted break-in at my property in Thornton Heath early one evening. The sale on the property was due to complete the following day and I was in a panic about how to secure it and enable the sale to go through. Peter Phillips answered my call and I immediately felt reassured at the calm way that he talked through the options and the speed at which he arranged a security guard to get to the property. The guard arrived ahead of time, was courteous with the neighbours and ensured that there were no more issues. The sale went through as planned. Brilliant service. Phoned at 4:30pm to say my gates wouldn’t open and by 5:30pm an engineer had arrived and fixed the problem the same night. So relieved I could get our cars out now. Great customer care.
Had my cctv installed today, Pete and rick were very professional, polite and helpful and made sure I understood exactly how everything worked before they left. I feel alot safer knowing I have cameras recording every inch of my property. Highly recommended
This business was very good at smiling and being friendly, whilst bleeding your wallet dry as much as they can. Do NOT recommend unless you're wanting to throw money down the drain.
